PINCHE Travel policy 6 and 7 February 2003

Travel will be reimbursed for participants having 'Contractor' or 'Member' status. Economy class travel will be reimbursed only. This includes transfer to and from the airport of departure, and from airport of arrival to meeting location but not car rental or taxi. Travel cost will be reimbursed after the attended meeting upon presentation of original tickets or receipts. Please keep your boarding pass! A 'travel claims form' will be distributed at the meeting to be completed and returned to the Coordinating center.

Hotel accommodation has been reserved by PINCHE co-ordinator. Please refrain from making your own arrangements. You are expected to cover incidental cost (telephone etc.) yourself. Hotel cost will be Euro 95,- per night for those who intend to stay longer.

Meals will generally be provided and paid for during the meetings. When necessary, additional meals will be reimbursed after presentation of receipts.
